1. Overview

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through Resell King (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including but not limited to memberships, subscriptions, supplier information, and access to our receipt generator offered through https://resellking.net and associated platforms.

By completing a purchase or subscription, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy.


2. Digital Goods and Services

All products and services provided by Resell King are digital and delivered instantly upon successful payment.
Because access is granted immediately and includes proprietary tools, automated integrations, or informational resources, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for:

  • Change of mind or accidental purchase
  • Dissatisfaction with functionality or results
  • Failure to use the product or service
  • Subscription cancellations made after payment
  • Automated subscription renewals that were not canceled before the renewal date

Once payment is completed and access is granted, the transaction is considered final and non-refundable.


3. Subscriptions and Renewals

All active subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (daily, weekly, monthly, or lifetime where applicable).
You may cancel your subscription at any time before renewal to avoid additional charges.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not result in a refund for the current billing period.

Access to premium tools (including the receipt generator) will automatically expire when the subscription term ends or a payment fails.


4. Fraud or Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe your payment was made without authorization or through fraudulent means, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
We may coordinate with our payment processors (MySellAuth, Stripe, PayPal, etc.) to investigate.
If fraud is verified by the processor, we will take appropriate action, which may include revoking access and assisting in the claim process.


5. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent access to a purchased product or service, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of purchase.
We will verify the issue and, if necessary, restore access or replace the product.
Restoring access does not constitute a refund.


6. Exceptions (Legal Compliance)

This Policy does not affect any statutory refund rights that may be required by law in certain jurisdictions (for example, under EU consumer law).
However, by purchasing a digital product and expressly agreeing to instant access, you waive any right to a “cooling-off” or refund period permitted under such laws.
